The day ticket for the Christmas market "Christmas Magic at Lake Carezza" can be cancelled free of charge 48 hours before the start of the event* at event@eggental.com or by telephone at +39 0471 619 500. In case of cancellation after the deadline, no refund is possible.
In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
The market "Christmas Magic at Lake Carezza" takes place on all event days and in all weather conditions. Weather conditions or force majeure are not grounds for cancellation. The organiser reserves the right not to refund the entrance fee in the event of force majeure.
