The short climb up to the farm is well worth it: once there, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Rosengarten | Catinaccio and Latemar mountains, while Jocherhof farm offers a cosy place to stop for refreshments.

Directions

The hike starts at the car park of the cable car Welschnofen | Nova Levante. From there, walk down to the main road and, at the junction by the ski rental shop, follow path [4A]. At the junction with path [15], turn right and continue until the turn-off onto path [15A], which leads to Jocherhof farm. To return to Welschnofen | Nova Levante, first follow path [4B] towards Hagner Alm farm and then turn left onto path [4A].

Note: In winter, path [15A] is not groomed after snowfall, but it is quite exposed to the sun.
