    Near Bolzano, Eggental’s seven mountain villages lie between Rosengarten and Latemar. Explore hiking trails, outdoor activities, local culture and food. Our sustainability pages describe projects involving transport, nature conservation and cooperation with local producers.

    Eggental offers mountain experiences throughout the year, from outdoor activities to local culture, food and traditions. In winter, the two ski areas offer 90 km of slopes; in the warmer months, visitors can explore hiking and mountain bike routes between Rosengarten and Latemar.

    The snow outdoor offer includes 2 Dolomiti Superski areas with a total of 90 km of slopes, 80 km of cross-country ski trails, 160 km of groomed winter hiking trails, 150 km of snowshoeing, 3 toboggan runs and 2 snow parks. In the warmer season, Val d'Ega offers 500 km of hiking trails, 200 km of mountain bike trails, 4 climbing routes and 2 golf courses.

    A holiday in Eggental on the sunny side of the Dolomites promises adventure, mindfulness and relaxation alike. And nature at its most beautiful – wherever you look.

    Holders of the Mountain Pass can use 17 lifts in the heart of the Rosengarten, Latemar and Schlern/Sciliar any three or five days within a period of seven consecutive days.
