Reliably and comfortably to the Eggental valley

Get on the coach, watch the landscape go by, or take a nap... your holiday will start even before your arrival, as the bus will very often take you right to your accommodation. No wonder that travelling by bus is one of the most comfortable and straightforward ways to get around! What’s more, you are travelling in an environmentally friendly way.

If your bus is going to Bolzano/Bozen, you can easily reach all the towns in the Eggental valley by pubblic bus. As an alternative, use the shuttle service run by the Eggental valley Taxi Services or by Südtirol Transfer, which will take you directly to your accommodation.

With Flixbus to South Tyrol

The long-distance bus offers year-round bus connections from all European countries. With Flixbus, you can reach South Tyrol via Munich and Innsbruck several times a day. Here you can find all connections.
Flixbus stops in South Tyrol: Bozen/Bolzano, Brixen/Bressanone, Klausen/Chiusa, Sterzing/Vipiteno, Meran/Merano, Lana and Marling/Marlengo. 

With the South Tyrol Express from Switzerland

The Südtirol Express runs every Saturday from the beginning of April to the end of October from Switzerland to South Tyrol and all the way to your accommodation. Find out more about the exclusive offer here.

The last few miles to the accommodation with the public buses

Bolzano is the destination for long-distance bus travellers to South Tyrol. There are regular bus connections from the provincial capital of Bolzano to the Eggental valley. The journey takes about 25 minutes, depending on the final destination.

The last few miles to the accommodation with a shuttle service

There are numerous taxi firms in the Eggental valley that will be happy to pick you up at the Flixbus stops, at the train station in Bolzano, at the airport or wherever else you wish.

If you are travelling to South Tyrol by train or bus, you can take a Südtirol transfer shuttle from your destination (i.e. the train or bus station) to your accommodation.

Luggage storage and travelling without luggage

Would you like to have a stopover in Bolzano on your journey? The Basecamp Dolomites at Bolzano train station lets you leave your luggage or bike for a few hours or even days (charge payable).
