This route leads to the famous monument erected to pay tribute to Sissi, Empress of Austria and Queen of Hungary (1837-1898) in order to commemorate her holiday in this area in 1897.
Directions
Starting point is the parking lot Lake Carezza. From there, cross the suspension bridge and continue on path [6], which leads to the guesthouse Meierei. Follow the Elisabeth route to the monument. To go back, take the same path.
