Directions

From the village square in Eggen | Ega, follow the road to the entrance of the village, cross the street there, and enjoy a leisurely hike on trail [7] through the Bacherwald forest to the Bühlerer Hof farm. Behind the farm, the trail continues towards Lagarn, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Latemar mountain. Continue until you reach Rauth | Novale, passing the Pizzeria Marxnkeller down to the main road. Here, followtrail [8], which runs parallel to the road for a short distance before turning left into a meadow. Follow this path until you reach a trailside crucifix. There, finally switch to trail [10], which takes you relaxingly back to Eggen | Ega across snow-covered meadows and traditional farms.
