Directions

The tour starts in Steinegg / sports zone and runs along the municipal road to the Kasererbild, to the Oberölgart snack station, to the Wiedenhof farm inn and on to the Unteregger inn and back to the Steinegg sports zone.
Start at the Steinegg sports field (1216m) via the Riedlweg to the Kaserer Bild, continue to the Oberölgart snack station, then to the Wiedenhof farm inn and always follow the Riedlweg in the direction of Wiesereggele, Max Valier observatory (1315m), Unteregger restaurant, Schenken parking lot, on LS 132 to the Steinegg sports zone.

From Val d'Ega / Birchabruck take line 182 to the Steinegg sports zone - get off at the Karneid junction.

How to get there

Brennero/Brenner (A 22 Brenner highway, toll road) - freeway exit Bolzano Nord/Eggental - then approx. 0.5 km towards Bolzano/Bozen at the traffic circle, turn left into the Eggental Valley (SS 241) and then continue on the long Dolomites road, turn left in Birchabruck to Gummer and continue to Steinegg/Sportzone.
