With the convertible-style cable car Tiers (St. Zyprian), you can reach the Frommeralm and then take the King Laurin gondola to the middle station. From there, follow hiking trails no. 15 and no. 7 to the Haniger Schwaige.

For the return, take trail no. 7 and then no. 1 to the Niger Pass, and continue on trail no. 1A back to the Frommeralm. From there, take the cable car back to the starting point.

The starting point is easily accessible by public transport:

Take bus line 176 from Völs am Schlern or bus line 185 from Bolzano/Bozen bus station to St. Zyprian at the valley station of the Tiers Cabrio cable car. From there, the cable car takes hikers to the mountain station at Frommer Alm. A pleasant forest path then leads to the Niger Pass, the starting point of our hike.

Motorway exit A 22 Klausen/Chiusa - Dolomites region Seiser Alm to Tiers am Rosengarten (30 km) and to St. Zyprian.
Coming from the South:
Motorway exit A 22 Bozen/Bolzano Nord - Seiser Alm holiday area to Tiers am Rosengarten (18 km) and to St. Zyprian
