Winter hike from Passo Lavazè to the Lieg Alm hut

The hike begins at the Lavaze, at the parking lot at the start of the ski trails. From there, follow the well-signposted path [winter hiking trail], which initially crosses the ski trail. Continue through snow-covered forests and open clearings. The winter hiking trail leads up to just before the Lieg Alm Hut.

Take highway´s exit “Bolzano Nord/Eggental”, turn right direction Bolzano/Bozen, after about 0,5 km on roundabout keep left and head towards Val d’Ega (SS 241). Keep driving up to Ponte Nova. At Ponte Nova’s crossroads, turn to the right and continue to Lavazè pass.
