Directions

The hike begins at the cable car parking lot Welschnofen Laurin I. From there, you cross the bridge at the upper end of the parking lot and pass a playground. At the following road junction, take path [4A], which later becomes path [5]. This leads past the farms Zyprian, Vöstl, and Tschandl to the Panoramahotel Niggl. From here, follow path [2] (Pretzenberger Way) to the crossroads where the descent to Gummererstraße begins. Finally, the path leads from Pension Erna along the sidewalk back to the village center, past the pharmacy and Näckler bakery, until you reach the cable car parking lot again.
