What is sparkling above you – a star or a planet? How are stars formed, why do they shine, and how can you find your way around the night sky? On this special night walk, you will explore the fascinating world of stars, constellations and galaxies together with passionate amateur astronomer and astrophotographer Steffi Wolters – clearly explained and easy to understand for everyone.
Far away from artificial lights and everyday hustle, you will walk in the dark from the village centre of Steinegg via the Pstosserbühl to the rooftop terrace of Hotel Steineggerhof. Along the way, you will experience the Mini Star Trail, discover the open-air exhibition “Fly to the Universe”, follow the traces of nocturnal nature, and learn how to identify stars and constellations yourself.
