The herbal experts invite you to exciting workshops at the farmers' market in Welschnofen. Every week, new topics await you – from the healing power of herbs and natural remedies to creative uses in the kitchen. Whether you're interested in medicinal herbs, traditional herbal medicine, or culinary wild herbs, you'll find the right topic for you.

In this workshop with herbal expert Sieglinde, you’ll learn which wild herbs are particularly well-suited for making an aromatic pesto and what valuable properties they have. Together, we'll process the fresh herbs into a delicious wild herb pesto, which we’ll then taste in a convivial atmosphere.

As a small souvenir, you can take home your homemade pesto.
