Description

This guided hike with Helga Egger combines nature experience, regional knowledge, and a sense of slowing down. By bus from Welschnofen | Nova Levante, we reach the famous Lake Carezza and from there begin our easy hike towards Stadlalm, surrounded by the unique mountain scenery of the Rosengarten and the Latemar.

Step by step, we discover the herbs and plant life of the Dolomites: which plants have a calming effect, which strengthen the immune system, and which are traditionally used in ointments and tinctures. Alongside fascinating stories about trees and special natural sites, you will gain valuable insights into local herbal knowledge.

Enjoyment, knowledge, and immersion in nature merge into a truly special experience. The return route follows hiking trail no. 10A back to Welschnofen | Nova Levante.
