In this repair workshop, everything revolves around bike maintenance and adjustments to suit personal needs.
We begin with a general safety check of the bike to ensure that all important components are in excellent condition. This includes checking the brakes, lights, chain, and gears.
Next, we focus on adjusting the seat height to ensure an ergonomic riding position and improve comfort. Participants will also learn how to correctly adjust the suspension fork and shock absorbers to provide optimal shock absorption depending on the terrain.
Another important part of the workshop is learning how to handle a flat tire in the field: We will demonstrate simple and effective methods for quickly and safely repairing a punctured tire. Finally, we will practice changing a tire together, so that everyone knows how to continue riding independently in case of an emergency.
