    Walk&Talk – Storm Vaia and its impact today

    Description
    In October 2018, Storm Vaia dramatically reshaped the forests of Eggental Valley. Eight years later, its effects are still clearly visible. Join experts from Eurac Research and the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano on a guided hike to learn more about the long-term ecological impacts, forest regeneration, and the effects on local wildlife. Discover how closely extreme weather events are linked to climate change.
