Randonnée vers Lieg Alm

The hike begins at the entrance of the village of Deutschnofen, directly at Bar Luise. From there, path [1] initially leads towards Arche. After a short time, this section seamlessly merges into the idyllic "Perlenweg". The route now winds around the Daumberg mountain, passing by picturesque alpine farms.

At the Bühlhof farm, the route switches to path [8], which leads through a scenic variety of meadows and wooded areas. Afterwards, path [9] guides hikers directly past the Ganis Resort.

Behind the resort, the trail enters the "Schwarzenbachtal" valley. Following a wide, easily accessible forestry road—in the very valley where several sawmills once stood—the route climbs steadily up to the high plateau of the "Deutschnofner Almen".

The destination of the hike is located right there: the picturesque Lieg Alm| Malga Costa hut. In addition to offering a place to stop for refreshments, it provides a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain scenery, including the Latemar, Rosengarten | Catinaccio, Weißhorn | Corno Bianco, and Schwarzhorn | Corno Nero.
