Hike to the Lieg hut

For more experienced hikers, the hike begins near the Schwarzenbach and the Ganischgerhof hotels. Follow the markers along trail [9A] to the Bayerlsäge sawmill, where trail [9] leads to the Lieg hut (1,750 m), which is managed and offers delicious local specialities. The return route is also via trail [9], which leads back to the car park. For families, the hike begins at the Lavazé Pass and trail [9] takes you straight to the Liegalm Alpine farm in one hour. The return trip is also via trail [9] to the Lavazé Pass. This hike is particularly well suited to children and families.
