    On March 14, 2026, Philip Lochmann will bring his Michelin-starred cuisine to the Mountain Riviera terrace of Baita Gardoné in Predazzo/Obereggen. The young head chef of the Johannesstube, praised by the MICHELIN Guide for his clear, aromatic style and his sustainable approach to cooking, works with seasonal, regional ingredients and shows great respect for both the product and its origin.

    Creative dishes made from local produce, breathtaking panoramic views of the Dolomites and DJ sounds by DJ Patex turn this culinary event into a true highlight of the Beef & Snow culinary weeks.
