This walking path starts in the holiday village of Karersee | Carezza at the Paolina parking lot and leads in less than half an hour to the turquoise, legendary Lake Carezza. Along the way, you pass the charming St. Josef chapel and the impressive Grand Hotel Karersee | Carezza, and you also cross the suspension bridge built in 2018, which spans a small gorge to the visitor center at Lake Carezza.

Directions

The route starts at the Paolina parking lot and follows path [6] behind the information office to the small St. Josef Church, then continues along the König-Laurin-Straße | Via Re Laurino to a playground. From there, turn left and follow path [6] behind the Grand Hotel Karersee | Carezza until you reach the Schönblickstraße | via Bellavista. Continue on path [6], first along the Schönblickweg | via Bellavista, then turn left where the path leads to the suspension bridge. After crossing it, an underpass from the Lake Carezza parking lot takes you directly to the lake. The path is suitable for baby-buggies.
