Destination of this lovely hike is the monument to the Empress Elisabeth (Sissi, wife of Franz Josef I), who stayed several times in the Grand Hotel Carezza. She was often accompanied by a local
guide along the path n. 6, which was her favorite walk.

Directions

Start is the Lago di Carezza Lake. From here it goes over the suspension bridge and then until the grain mill (1556m) and along the path [6] past the Meierei Inn and the Ladritscher Hof farm and then along path [3] until the monument to the Empress Elisabeht (1566m). After a stop there return to the crossing path [6] and continue for the Malga Heinzen Alm. From there take the path [16] to the Moseralm hotel and go back on path [6] crossing the suspension bridge until the Lago di Carezza lake.
