The hike begins on a tarred path, then a gravel path, then a forest path [E5] in the direction of Wölfl farm.The [E5] trail is the European long-distance hiking trail that leads from Constance over the Alps to Venice. By taking this route, the snowshoe hiker can experience a small section of this trail.
