Eggental Tourismus Genossenschaft with its registered office in I-39056 Welschnofen, Dolomitenstraße 4, intends to organise the following raffle.

Place of implementation
The competition will be held in Val d'Ega in the province of Bolzano.
Objective
The competition has the following objective: The competition aims to draw attention to sustainable holiday travel to Val d'Ega by train or long-distance coach (excluding group travel) and to encourage people to travel by train.
Eligibility to participate in the raffle
Guests of the Eggental valley who travel by train or long-distance coach (except for groups) and stay in an accommodation that is a member of the Val d'Ega Tourismus cooperative.
All natural persons who are of age at the time of entering the raffle are eligible to enter. You may only enter the raffle once.
Type and total value of the prize
The prizes consist of 10 gift boxes with local quality products with a total value of € 900,00 plus VAT. Specifically, these are 10 gift packages with a value of € 40,00 plus VAT each. In addition, there is a main prize in the form of a voucher for a two-night stay with half board (excluding drinks) at a 4-star hotel in Eggental|Val d'Ega with a total value of € 500,00 including VAT, redeemable subject to availability of accommodation, between 13.06.2027 and 02.10.2027, excluding the period between 08.08.2027 and 22.08.2027.
Conditions of participation
Everyone who arrives in the Eggental|Val d’Ega as a holiday destination by train or long-distance coach in the period from 20.04. to 01.11.2026 and stays in a member establishment of the Eggental Tourism Cooperative and is a resident of Europe is eligible to participate.
For connections where train travel is not possible due to closures or interruptions, travel by the official rail replacement service is also considered a prerequisite for participation.
The entry procedure:
In order to participate in the lottery, a participant must register on the website www.eggental.com/raffle and send a picture or screenshot of his/her train ticket showing that he/she travelled by train or long-distance coach (except for group travel) to Bolzano in the period from 20.04. to 01.11.2026. In addition, participants must upload a booking confirmation from the accommodation in Eggental that is a member of Eggental Tourism.
For connections where train travel is not possible due to closures or interruptions, the ticket for the official rail replacement service can also be uploaded.
Participants travelling with the South Tyrol Pass can upload a photo or screenshot of their booked journey via the South Tyrol Mobile app. This must show that they travelled to the Eggental|Val d’Ega between 20 April and 01 November 2026.
Participation with the South Tyrol Guest Pass is not possible.
Furthermore, the participant must upload a booking confirmation of the accommodation in the Eggental|Val d’Ega which is a member of the Eggental Tourism Cooperative.
Registrations in place of third parties or fictitious registrations are not permitted.
To participate in the raffle, the participant must agree to the data protection regulations and provide his/her e-mail address.
Each participant can only take part in the raffle once. Double registrations will only be counted once. Each participant can only win one prize.
Eggental Tourism Cooperative accepts no responsibility for technical, server or internet connection errors, including service failures or malfunctions, for whatever reason, which may prevent a participant from accessing the questionnaire and taking part in the competition. An internet connection via a landline or mobile device is a necessary condition for participation.
Exclusion
Employees of the company hosting the raffle and persons who have a professional relationship with the raffle organiser are not eligible to enter.
Participation is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions set out in this document.
Participants who have submitted an incomplete train ticket or long-distance bus ticket or a ticket that is not correct in accordance with these conditions of participation will be excluded from the raffle.
Any prizes won by participants who use fraud or dishonest methods in an attempt to influence the correct operation of the draw will be declared void.
Determination of winners
The determination of the winners of the prizes and the verbalization of the respective procedures will take place at the end of the raffle period, within 06.11.2026 at the latest.
The winners will be determined by drawing lots via a telematic system.
At the time of the draw for the winners, a further 5 reserve winners will be selected by lot if the prize is rejected by, not claimed by or not awarded to the winner.
The winner is not permitted to assign the prize.
Notification of the prize will be sent by email to the address provided by the entrant. The raffle organizer accepts no liability for unsuccessful notification of the prize due to personal details provided by the entrant being incorrect, inaccurate or no longer active at the time of notification of the prize.
Notification of winners
Winners will be notified by email within 15 working days of the draw. Winners will be asked in this email to complete, sign and return the prize acceptance/refusal form, together with a copy of their photo ID, within 5 working days of receipt of the email. Failure to return the form will constitute a formal renunciation of the prize.
Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the raffle and the prize will be awarded to the first eligible reserve winner. Any rejection of the prize must be notified to the competition organiser by the fifth working day following receipt of the email. In this case, the prize will remain with the competition organiser.
Deadlines and method of prize delivery
The prizes must be handed over to the winners within 180 days of the draw date. Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
The gift boxes will be sent by post or courier and the accommodation voucher will be sent by e-mail.
Declarations
Participation in the raffle implies knowledge and full acceptance of the terms and conditions of participation.
Advertising
This competition will be advertised on the internet and in the press. The advertising will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.
In any case, the organiser of the raffle reserves the right to use any other means of communication deemed appropriate to promote this raffle.
Right of recourse
The organiser of the competition waives the right of recourse pursuant to Art. 30 DPR 600/1973.
Personal data
The raffle will be held in camera. The winners will be notified by e-mail. Each complete winning card will be entered into the draw. Eggental Tourismus accepts no liability for any difficulties affecting the final result of the prize draw or participation in the prize draw. Eggental Tourismus reserves the right, in the event of an objective, absolutely unavoidable necessity, to possibly change the course of the competition. Cash redemption of the prizes and any kind of exchange are not possible. The legal process is excluded.
Notice Data Protection Act (EU Regulation 2016/679): The data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of determining the winners of this competition. The data will not be used for advertising purposes. Participants in the competition may at any time request that their personal data be corrected or completed (Art. 16) and, if there are specific grounds, deleted (Art. 17). By participating in the raffle, the participant declares his/her consent to the processing of personal data within the meaning of EU Regulation 2016/679. The person responsible with regard to the processing of personal data is Eggental Tourismus, Dolomitenstraße 4, 39056 Welschnofen, in the person of the legal representative Erich Thaler.
Legal basis
Unless stated in these conditions of participation, the organiser of the competition refers to DPR no. 430 of 26.10.2001.
