A varied route for young and old through the fascinating rock world of the Latemar.
At the foot of the majestic Latemar massif awaits you a special natural adventure: the Labyrinth Trail. As the name suggests, this extraordinary path leads through a fascinating maze of towering rock blocks, narrow rock tunnels, and steps carved into the stone (at times requiring the use of hands). The impressive rock formations are the result of a massive rockfall that detached from the Latemar long ago - today providing the backdrop for an unforgettable hiking experience.
The hike starts at the Karerpass (1752 m) and leads via path [21] to the viewpoint Mitterleger (1840 m). From there, it continues on the Labyrinth Trail (path [20]), past the Geplänk Pond. Afterwards, follow path [18] before returning on path [21] back to Karerpass.
The starting point of the route is easily and conveniently accessible by public transport.
