Discover numerous highlights on the family-friendly Star Village circular hike in Steinegg|Collepietra. The trail leads you to the open-air exhibition on Pstosser Bühl, past the Mountain Cinema near the Biohotel Steineggerhof with stunning views of the Schlern|Sciliar and Rosengarten|Catinaccio, to the small chapel "Zum Weißen Bild", the earth pyramids of Steinegg|Collepietra, and the rocket treehouse in the forest adventure zone Öl. If you want to explore even more, take a short detour to the ruins of Steinegg|Collepietra– just a 20-minute walk from the village center. Simply follow the signs with the ruin symbol and dive into the history of the ancient castle.
Important note: There are no refreshment stops along the entire circular route. However, at the start and end point in Steinegg|Collepietra, you will find several restaurants, cafés, and two shops.
The route starts in Steinegg|Collepietra on the village square (820m) in front of Café Christl. From here, take path [2B] to the open-air exhibition at Pstosser Bühl. Passing the Mountain Cinema near the Biohotel Steineggerhof, you come to the chapel "Zum Weissen Bild". Here you continue along path [2] briefly along the main road and then take hiking path [2] to the gorge Katzenbach. This path leads to the viewing platform at the earth pyramids. At the "Dosser Cross" point just above the viewing platform, turn right onto trail [2A] and follow this path passing the Kummer farm until you reach the rocket tree house. There you return to the starting point in Steinegg|Collepietra via path [2].
