    The hike starts in Obereggen (1,550 m) from the upper car park on trail [9] in the direction of Hotel Bewaller. Then follow the Templweg path [8] to the Lake Carezza. Go around the Lake Carezza and continue on trail [10] to trail [13]. Then, at the fork, follow trail marker [21] to the Passo Costalunga.

    - 180 from Bolzano such as from Passo Costalunga to Ponte Nova with change to 184;
    - 182 from Collepietra to Ponte Nova with change to 184;
