The winter hike starts in Karersee | Carezza and descends gently to Lake Carezza. Along the way there are impressive views of the snow-covered Rosengarten | Catinaccio and Latemar.
This winter hike starts at the Paolina parking lot and follows a well-maintained path through an enchanting snow-covered landscape. The path gently descends, offering impressive views of the snow-clad mountain ranges of the Rosengarten | Catinaccio and Latemar along the way. On the way, you will also pass the small St Joseph's Chapel. After a leisurely walk, you arrive at the picturesque Lake Carezza (Karer See | Lago di Carezza), which in winter is framed by a thick blanket of snow and exudes a special calm. The lake invites you to pause and rewards hikers with a unique panorama.
