Climate change is a global challenge, but measures are implemented at local level. The municipalities of Welschnofen/Nova Levante and Deutschnofen/Nova Ponente participate in the KlimaGemeinde programme. Their work programmes document planned, ongoing and completed measures across various areas of municipal activity.
The documents include measures relating to renewable energy, energy efficiency, municipal buildings and facilities, mobility, spatial planning, internal organisation and cooperation.

Holders of the Mountain Pass can use 17 lifts in the heart of the Rosengarten, Latemar and Schlern/Sciliar any three or five days within a period of seven consecutive days.
