Immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of the forest and discover the healing power of nature. Under the expert guidance of Georg Kirchmaier, an experienced forest educator and geobiologist, you will explore the unique Eggental forest.
The Japanese concept of ‘Shinrin-yoku’, known as forest bathing, shows that spending time in the forest has positive effects on our nervous, hormonal and immune systems. During the walk, you breathe deeply, listen to the sounds of nature and feel the energy of the trees. You can recharge your batteries and find deep relaxation at selected power spots.
Georg Kirchmaier will show you how everything in the forest lives in symbiosis and help you to reconnect with nature.
Experience the harmonising effect of the forest and find your way back to inner peace and balance.
