Magnificent hiking tour with breathtaking views to the Catinaccio/Rosengarten and Latemar.
The route starts at the car park Lake Carezza (1520 m). Cross the suspension bridge and take path [6] to the Hotel Moseralm and continue on path [16] (with possibility of a side trip to the Malga Heinzen Alm) until Via Nigra/Nigerstraße. From there take the path [1A] to the Passo di Costalunga/Karerpass (1752m). Continue on path [21] and [13] to the Grand Hotel Carezza/Karersee. From there you can take path [12] to Lago di Mezzo/Mittersee and than back to the Car park Lake Carezza.
Alternative: From Hotel Moseralm – path [9] – path [1A] – Passo di Costalunga/Karerpass – path [21] and [13] – Grand Hotel Carezza/Karersee – path [12] Lago di Mezzo/Mittersee – Car park Lake Carezza.
