Hike & Bike: Deutschnofen | Nova Ponente - Obereggen - Lake Carezza

The tour starts in Deutschnofen at the Flex Sports rental, where you can rent a bike. Follow the main road to the roundabout near Bar Luise and take the third exit. Continue on the Aldein/Deutschnofen state road LS [72] to Hotel Schwarzenbach. Here, turn onto trail [8] and hike to Rauth (1374 m). Then follow the Obereggen state road LS [76] to Obereggen (1550 m). Continue along the road toward Eggen, and after about one kilometer, turn right and follow the trail above Bewaller Farm, the Templ Trail [8], to Karer Lake. Next, continue on trail [10] to the junction with trail [13], where you turn left to the Eggental/Karerpass state road SS [241]. The final stretch to the Sport Carezza rental at Karer Lake (1600 m) follows the state road.

After returning your bike, continue on foot along trail [6] to the Karer Lake visitor center and cross the impressive suspension bridge. Finally, you can walk the lake circuit before taking the bus back to Deutschnofen.
