Our "Geröstel" of stockfish – a classic for Ash Wednesday and Good Friday is served at Gitzl only on these two special days, at lunchtime. Tender stockfish meets crispy fried potatoes, aromatic herbs, and delicate onions – a hearty dish that has been a staple of the Lenten season for generations.
