Path of the Stars from Gummer to Steinegg

The Path of the Stars begins just above the center of the small village Gummer at the 10th hairpin bend of the state road on path [3]. Through the start station FRAME, which symbolizes an oversized camera, you zoom into the universe. At Viltuner Säge, take path [1B] and reach station 2 just above Bockbergerhof with a huge viewing platform and a date sundial. You can relax in a sky lounger and look into the sky.
Always on path [1B] you also reach station 3 with a rotatable star map. Continuing on this path, you reach the star and solar observatory (station 4) in Obergummer with a wonderful panorama and a unique view of the Dolomite massif Latemar. Here you can also stop at Untereggerhof.
Continue on path [5] towards Tschigghof and the planet station Pluto. Across the Tschiggermoor, you reach the idyllic chapel "Kaserer Bild". Here turn right briefly on path [4]. At the Soluck parking lot, turn left and continue on the Steinegg high trail [yellow shoe marking]. Follow this path to the junction with path [6]. Turn right here and continue on path [6]. Follow the signs “Path of the Stars,” above Kummerhof keep left and after a short stretch turn right on path [7] to reach the viewing platform Spitzköfele with station 5 (Pole Star as orientation aid).
Descend via path [8A], then right on path [8] to path [2A]. Here turn left to the rocket treehouse (station 6). Via path [2] you reach Steinegg. Here the Mini Path of the Stars (station 7) begins at the main street up to the school.
In the village of Steinegg, you find two village shops and several options to eat.

The return route is via the same path.
A return trip with public transport is very easy possible (bus lines 182 or 187).

The starting point of the route is easily and conveniently accessible by public transport.

- 184 from Obereggen, Eggen*
- 181 from Weissenstein, Petersberg, Deutschnofen, Stenk*
