Experience a special day in the professional kitchen of Manuel Pichler at Restaurant Foglium and immerse yourself in the world of game and forest cuisine.
Together with the chef, you will prepare an exclusive four-course fine dining menu using premium regional game and forest ingredients. Along the way, you will gain valuable insight into every stage of a professional kitchen, from preparation and cooking to the final plating of each dish.
In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, Manuel Pichler will share valuable tips and techniques for working with high-quality ingredients. The cooking course is open to everyone who enjoys cooking, whether you are a beginner, a passionate home cook or an experienced food enthusiast.
After cooking together, there will be time to enjoy the dishes you have prepared and exchange experiences with the other participants. In the evening, the menu will be served at the separately bookable "Wild & Forest" Charity Dinner. Course participants will complete the final plating, decorate their dishes and present them to the guests together with Manuel Pichler.
