    The Sonnalp Hotel will lead you on a tasteful journey through many many specialties and delicious recipes. Gault Millau praises our kitchen as a careful and accurate spring of pleasure, where the accuracy for details surprises even the most demanding gourmets. We owe all these compliments to our chef Martin Koehl, who is inspired in his work by alpine and Mediterranean cuisine, perfectly mixed with a touch of modern internationalism. This reflects in our menu, which every night invites our clients to a wonderful journey through the great tastes of the Sonnalp Hotel kitchen. Hot food from 12:00 a.m. to 01:30 p.m. and from 07:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m.
