Our natural surroundings are our greatest treasure! Which is why we in the Eggental valley take great care to protect them. We are always launching new sustainability projects, large and small, while motivating local catering establishments to support us. No use of plastic, but reusable alternatives instead; waste consistently separated and, where possible, avoided; products manufactured in environmentally friendly ways and, most importantly, sensitising employees to a conscious approach to the natural world of the Dolomites.
