PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The Eggental Tourismus Genossenschaft uses your data for the following
purposes:
a) registering your account to enter the competition;
b) sending you e-mails and messages concerning the competition;
c) IT communications and operations;
d) Financial administration;
e) Legal proceedings: Creation, exercise and preservation of rights;
f) Fulfilment of any contractual obligations towards the data subject,
g) protection of claims and management of liabilities. The legal basis of the processing is the fulfilment of contractual obligations towards you (purposes a, b, c,f), the fulfilment of legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the controller (purposes b, d, e, g).

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
The following categories of data may be processed: Surname, first name, place of residence or domicile, e-mail address.

COMMUNICATION OF DATA
Your personal data will be communicated, if necessary, to the following subjects/institutions in relation to the objective just mentioned:
- to public administrations and authorities, if this is provided for by law;
- to all natural and/or legal, public and/or private persons (legal, administrative and tax consultancy offices, courts, chambers of commerce, etc.), if the forwarding proves to be necessary or useful for the exercise of our activity, in the manner and for the purposes indicated above.
Your personal data will not be disclosed. The data processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means and includes all the operations provided for in Art. 4, paragraph 1, 2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and necessary for the data processing in question.

COLLECTION, PROCESSING METHODS AND STORAGE
In any case, data processing will be carried out in compliance with all security measures that ensure its safety and confidentiality.
From the moment processing for the above purposes ceases, your data will be deleted without delay, subject to the retention obligations imposed by law

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
You may at any time exercise against the data controller the rights provided for by Chapter III of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including:

or a copy thereof, together with information about the nature of the personal data
