This winter hike begins at the Nigerpass | Passo Nigra and goes along the forest road path [1] to the Messnerjoch hut. Breathtaking, panoramic views can be enjoyed from here. Return via the same route.

Alternatively, you can also start from the Frommeralm hut, following path [1A] below the Nigerstraße | Via Nigra, which transitions into a well-prepared, groomed winter hiking path to the Nigerpass | Passo Nigra.
