Mountain Pass 

  1. The Mountain Pass is strictly personal and cannot be transferred, changed or altered. 
  2. The ticket must be presented at every inspection.
  3. Any exchange, improper or incorrect use ot the Mountain Pass will lead to its withdrawal, annulment or suspension. 
  4. The Mountain Pass offer is valid from 23/05 to 01/11/2026; however, not all partner lift facilities are open throughout the entire indicated period.
  5. Validity of the Mountain Pass: the Mountain Pass is valid either for 3 days within 7 days or for 5 days within 7 days from the first validation on the 17 partner lift facilities. For the Seiser Alm cable car, one ascent and descent ride is included during the validity period of the pass.
  6. No guarantee is given that all lift facilities will be continuously open. 
  7. Discounts:
    Children: from 0 to 8 years old (born after 01/01/2018) travel free with the purchase of an adult Mountain Pass by a parent.
    Junior: from 9 to 18 years old (born after 01/01/2008).
    Family ticket: valid for 2 adults and 2 juniors. Each additional junior pays the regular junior rate.
  8. No discounts are granted for seniors.
  9. Persons with disabilities with a disability rating of more than 51% are entitled to a discount.
  10. No discount on the Mountain Pass is granted for groups.
  11. In the event of loss of the card, a new card may be requested for a fee of €10.00. The card can only be replaced at the ticket offices of the lift facilities selling the Mountain Pass, and the serial number must be provided.
  12. Without prejudice to the provisions of the other contractual articles, neither uninterrupted operation nor the opening of all lift facilities participating in the Mountain Pass during the entire scheduled operating period is guaranteed.
    The operation of the facilities depends, among other things, on factors beyond the control of the respective operators, in particular weather and safety conditions, technical malfunctions or breakdowns of the facilities, the availability of energy sources as well as the related procurement and operating costs necessary to ensure the economic sustainability of operations, as well as epidemics, pandemics and/or official orders, force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances.
    Without prejudice to the rights provided by law in the event of culpable breach of contract, any form of refund, price reduction, compensation or damages is excluded in all aforementioned cases. By way of derogation from Articles 1463 and 1464 of the Italian Civil Code, there is in particular no entitlement to compensation if the partial or total impossibility of performance or use is due to causes not attributable to the operators of the Rosengarten Mountain Pass or the participating companies.
  13. Employees at the lift facilities may withdraw the Mountain Pass in the event of behaviour that does not comply with the transport regulations.
  14. The Mountain Pass is available at the information offices in Nova Levante, Nova Levante, Collepietra and Tires, at the partner guesthouses (on request!) and at the ski pass office in Obereggen, as well as well as at the valley station of the cable cars in Nova Levante, Tires aerial cableway,  Frommeralm and Paolina!
  15. Price use of the lifts with mountain bike:
    The Mountain Pass (3in7 or 5in7) includes a total of 3 bike transports which can be used at the lifts provided for this purpose (with the exception of the Seiser Alm Aerial Cableway).
    Seiser Alm Aerial Cableway: 6,00 €/bike (one way)
  16. By using this card, the user declares that they are aware of and fully accept the general terms and conditions of sale.
Mountain Pass
1 Ticket – 17 lifts – 3 mountains

Holders of the Mountain Pass can use 17 lifts in the heart of the RosengartenLatemar and Schlern/Sciliar any three or five days within a period of seven consecutive days.
