The Japanese concept of "Shinrin-yoku" has shown that the forest has a positive effect on our nervous, hormonal, and immune systems. You breathe deeply, listen to the sounds of nature, and feel the energy of the trees. At specific power spots, you can recharge with new energy or find complete relaxation. Together, you will explore the unique Eggental forest. Georg Kirchmaier will show you how everything in the forest lives in symbiosis and help you reconnect with nature.

By car:
Brenner (A 22 Brenner motorway, toll) - motorway exit Bolzano Nord/Val d'Ega - then approx. 0.5 km in the direction of Bolzano at the roundabout, turn left into Val d'Ega (SS 241) and then continue on the long Dolomite road, in Birchabruck turn to the right and continue to Obereggen (about 30 min. from highway toll booth) to the parking lot Ortner.
