‘My work as a farmer fulfils me every day anew. It not only enables me to preserve the traditions of our farm, but also to maintain the beauty and diversity of our natural environment. The long-standing and close collaboration with the restaurateurs in the Eggental valley offers numerous advantages for both me and them. We plan ahead together and thus ensure the quality and continuity of our offer. On my farm I rear the grey cattle, which are 100% from the Eggental valley and spend the summer on the mountain pastures. Their rearing in our local environment guarantees high-quality beef that our guests can enjoy in the huts and restaurants.’
Holders of the Mountain Pass can use 17 lifts in the heart of the Rosengarten, Latemar and Schlern/Sciliar any three or five days within a period of seven consecutive days.
